Solidarity with Kashmir Half Hour to Harmonize with Kashmiri Brothers

Kashmir is a very sensitive issue for Pakistan and Pakistan is fighting a diplomatic war on all fronts for the rights of Kashmiri people.

In the continuation of this peaceful protest Prime Minister Imran Khan insisted the nation of Pakistan to leave all their work, businesses, labors, and anything which would be keeping them busy and stand for 30 minutes on Friday in solidarity with their Kashmiri brethren.

Imran Khan address the nation on national TV earlier this week and announced that weekly events would be held to demonstrate unity with Kashmiris. PM Imran Khan requests the nation to come out on Friday between 12 noon to 12.30 and stand to record their disapproval Indian regime and its atrocities.

“I want all Pakistanis to come out tomorrow 12 noon to 12.30 pm to show solidarity with the Kashmiri people and send the Kashmiris in IOK a clear message that the entire Pakistani nation stands in solidarity with them & against Indian fascist oppression, the inhumane 24-day curfew,” Prime Minister Imran Khan tweeted.

In second tweet, he said: “The daily injuring & killing of Kashmiri civilians, incl women & children – all part of the ethnic cleansing agenda of the Modi Govt. & its illegal annexation of IOK. The plan to change demography of IOK is a war crime under 4th Geneva Convention.”

Third tweet reads: “We must send a strong message to Kashmiris that our nation stands resolutely behind them. So I am asking all Pakistanis for half an hour tomorrow stop whatever you are doing & come out on the road to show solidarity with the Kashmiri people.”

On the other hand the civilian and military leadership are on one page and we have not seen both this close ever before. DG ISPR have announced that sirens will be sounded across the country and people should also pay respect to the martyrs of Pak Army and Armed forces on Friday.

Moreover; he also said to celebrate this defense day (6th September) in solidarity with Kashmir and marked this day alongside Kashmir day.

World famous cricketing star Shahid Khan Afridi also called upon in his tweet to people of Karachi to gather at the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam to show that the world is with the Kashmir and its cause.
