On the night of 14th August, 2019 when the clock mentioned PST 00:00 AM, Google Pakistan has changed its emblem from Google to a Pakistani monument representing the Independence day of Pakistan and Google covered in green color of Pakistani flag.
When you click on the logo it will take you to a teeny-weeny description of history of Pakistan which states that; Independence Day (Urdu: یوم آزادی; Yaum-e Āzādī), observed annually on 14 August, is a national holiday in Pakistan. It commemorates the day when Pakistan achieved independence and was declared a sovereign state following the end of the British Raj in 1947 (source: Wikipedia).
Let us also communicate you about what is different on this Independence Day,
As you all may discern that the Muslims of Pakistan are having a good time celebrating the 3rd day of Eid – ul – Adha on this occasion of Pakistan day therefore people can combine dual observances all together.
Pakistan Air Force released a national song bursting with sentiments, inspiration and nationalism which as per PAF will be released on the eve of 14th August. The song named by PAF as AZAD (Independent).
The government has also made arrangements to embellish significant memorials, monuments, government and national buildings.
It is worth emphasizing that the Pakistani regime has categorically announced to observe Independence Day this year as Kashmir Solidarity Day to express congruence, unity, harmony and solidarity with Kashmiris in their contemporary troubles triggered by the Indian government.
The government has also introduced a logo that has been created to express unity with the people of Occupied Kashmir after Indian government withdrawn the Jammu and Kashmir special status of the valley with the annulment of Article 370 of the constitution. The insignia uncovered is grounded on “Kashmir banega Pakistan” theme. Word Kashmir, written in red colour, signifies sacrifices rendered during the freedom struggle.
